All Sales Final
Like many small businesses, Mau-House is built on reputation. We try our best to provide top quality service and product. If you have issues with a purchase from Mau-House.com, please email andrew@mau-house.com, and we will try our best to resolve them. Though our legal policy is that all sales are final, we are able to converse about possible store credit or exchanges granted on a case by case basis. Mahalo for your understanding.

Damage or Missing Products
In the case a product arrives damaged (or missing), we need clear, accurate photographic evidence of the package upon arrival. We ask that you keep all pieces of the product as well as all packaging until the case is resolved. In order to fully address the issue, and file an insurance claim, the following items must be received to andrew@mau-house.com.

  • (1+) photo of the exterior of the package, showing the label and/or the area of damage

  • (1+) photo detailing any damage to the box or packing material that may have caused damage or caused items to fall out.

  • (1+) photo showing damage to the actual product

  • Any additional relevant photos which will help build a case for an insurance claim

  • A detailed recount/description the issue
